Are LED neon signs prone to breakages? What are they made of?
Our LED Neon is made from proprietary PVC molding technology, most signs deliver with high quality acrylic as backing(3mm).
Our neon signs produce relatively no heat, unbreakable, energy-efficient, and least expensive compared to traditional glass tube neon. They are much stronger than traditional neon signs.


How to claim replacement in case of any damage?
All our pieces are made by hand to order, meaning each one is as unique as you!
We can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 24 hours from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at support@neonhut.in or whatsapp us at 9704029556 with a video of unboxing the shipment and we will deliver a replacement free of charge. without the video of unboxing we cannot replace or process the refund.


To claim replacement in case of any damage

    • Unboxing video should be clear i.e, video should include the footage right from where you started opening the packing till the end
    • Video should not have any pause in between or any kind of transitions happening
    • Video should be in normal speed, fast-forwards, time lapse are not valid to claim replacement
    • Lastly as mentioned on the package, the item is fragile-handle carefully while unboxing i.e, holiding the package vertically while unboxing, thumping it down, taking support on the package while unboxing will reduce your chances of getting a replacement


    Based on the above and some inexplicable factors It is completely our team decision finally to decide whether the video passed our quality check

Can you use LED Neon Sign Signs outdoor?
Yes, we tested our lights by submerging the neon signs in water and analyzed the results after a week and the sign is completely fine, but we do not give any guarantee or assure you that these neon signs won't be damaged in water because the lab conditions where we tested are inspired from optimal rainy conditions(As the surroundings of different areas are different we do not provide you assurance on this, however our signs should bare the optimal outdoor conditions)
What’s the typical lead time for custom orders?
All orders are made to order by hand in our own international production facility with the upmost of care and attention to detail. Due to extremely high demand recently, there is a slight waiting list right now - we treat all orders first come first served, so right now hand made custom production time averages 1 week after payment. We never rush production as each piece is kept to the highest standard. You will always be kept updated on your piece throughout this time frame. Please also be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and regardless of shipping service we use, they may be subject to some delays out of our hands. We will always do our best to ensure fastest possible production and delivery. Shipping times refer to time in transit after the piece completes production and leaves our factory - Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is on average 2-5 days after production depending on areas.
How do you power the neon signs?
All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket.
How long do the LED neon signs last?
The lifetime of LED light lasts minimum of 24000 hours. That is equivalent to 3 years if you turn on neon sign for 10 hours per day. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs. Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items and you can find those adapters anywhere near you.
Does it require any maintenance?
Not at all. LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance free.

What’s the length of the power cord?
The cord from the neon sign is 2 meters long encased with a clear coating, with an additional of 1 meters of black or white cord from the power adaptor.
How safe are LED neon signs?
Our LED neon signs are only 12V so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. Because of its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operating.
Will my neon sign require any specialist installation?
The majority of neon signs that we supply are for internal use, and come mounted on an acrylic panel (making them easily portable), complete with a normal mains plug, which can be plugged into an accessible plug socket.

What are the colors available?
We have a total of 12 colors - Pink, Green, Blue, Sky Blue, Pink, Light Pink, Purple, Red, Yellow, Orange, Warm White and Cool White!
Can you use any font or design to create an LED Neon Sign?
Yes, however some fonts and designs work better than others like script and sans-serif fonts. We will recommend only monoline (equal width) fonts due to the tube that we are using. Calligraphy/brush styles can’t be replicated precisely. We are more than happy to advise and assist with your ideas. How much does a custom sign cost?
Our custom made neon signs start at just 2300. Sign cost varies depending on sign size and design complexity. Use the custom product page to get a price, or email our team at support@neonhut.in
What’s the process for customized orders?

Is there a minimum size that you need to work to?
We tend to work to a minimum letter height of around 24cm (10”), as we find that letters have more definition at this size. It is possible to make letters smaller than this, but larger letters do tend to look neater. Generally, this also means we offer a minimum sign size of 50cm in width, and usually work up to 300cm wide - however, email our team at support@neonhut.in or whatsapp us if you have additional questions! :)
To shop at NEONHUT do I have to register? If yes, why?

Registering at NEONHUT is optional, but if you register, we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. We keep you updated on your orders and refunds through SMS/email. Though we allow you to shop as a guest, we automatically register you.

How do I register myself?
You can register yourself by clicking on the account section top right once you are on our website at NEONHUT.IN. Once registered, you can enjoy regular updates and services from NEONHUT.IN

Do I need to give my email ID and mobile number for registration?
Yes we will ask you for the details so that we can have your purchase delivered to you at your doorstep.

Can i place an order with any delivery address in india. Is it possible?
We will be happy to ship you the product/s if the pin code you have selected is serviceable by our courier partners.

Which category products do you sell online?

I have placed an order but it’s not appearing in the ‘My Account' section. Why is that so?
Do not worry! You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details to the ‘My Account' section, for sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders. So please be patient—Your order details will be automatically updated soon.


How can I use a store credit in the ‘My Account’ section to place an order?

What are the shipping charges I need to pay for an order?
All orders now are of free shipping, so don't worry about the shipping charges. This section of shipping charges might change in future. Please feel free to check out our shipping policy.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
We do not want to restrict you from shopping at your favorite online Neon sign store and thus there are no restrictions on quantity that you can order.

How do I apply the refund voucher provided to me?

Do you take orders over email?
We are happy to do so for you.

My order is placed. What happens next?
You will receive a CONFIRMATION email and SMS .We will try to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 days from our warehouse and will keep you informed at every step. You can also track your order through our website from ‘My Account’ section. It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is handed over to the delivery service provider.

What payment methods are accepted at NEONHUT.IN?
We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards, wallets.

Is it safe to shop online using my debit/credit card?
When you shop with us you can conveniently keep all your worries and concerns behind. We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience to our customers. To make sure that our customers' shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We do not keep your details on file; this is why we ask you for your card details each time you make a purchase.

What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?
If your card is debited and no order placed, no need to panic at all!
Please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction, it will be rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates.
If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.

What happens if the merchandise added to cart goes out of stock?
If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart or after you have added to your cart, you will be updated immediately. You will not be able to place order with out of stock product/s

What happens if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
For all Online Order our Delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. After this it may be re-dispatched as per customer’s request.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
Each order is shipped only to a single address. However if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may do so by placing multiple orders.

What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges?
As for now, free shipping is available on all products.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order status in the Main menu section. Once it is dispatched, the shipment details are updated in your account, which you can track on our website on the home page.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
Depending upon your location delivery may take 5-7 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the validity of a promotional voucher?
These vouchers are limited-time promotions and their validity will be specified accordingly.

Can I use this voucher on all items?
It is not applicable on the purchase of sale items and cannot be combined with other promotions/offers. It is not valid on innerwear, and loungewear. 

What are the terms and condition of this voucher?
The terms and conditions will vary with promotions/offers and will be specified during the promotion campaign.

Can I club two vouchers?
No two promotions/offer can be clubbed. At present we do not allow you to club refund vouchers with promotional vouchers.

How do I return the product/s?

What should I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
We apologize for this however in a rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photograph at support@neonhut.in

Why do I need to self-ship?
In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department.

Will I receive a voucher/s in case of self-shipped product/s?
For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed 70 rupees towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

My return request was initiated but the reverse pick-up has not yet been done. What should I do?
Normally it takes 3 to 4 working days for a reverse pick but in case no courier partner has contacted you please feel free to email us at support@neonhut.in or call us at 9704029556
