Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders might not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country's post website or on our website home page by clicking TRACK ORDER.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.neonhut.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
All our pieces are made by hand to order, meaning each one is as unique as you!
We can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 24 hours from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us at 9704029556 with a video of unboxing the shipment and we will deliver a replacement free of charge. without the video of unboxing we cannot replace or process the refund.
To claim replacement in case of any damage
- Unboxing video should be clear i.e, video should include the footage right from where you started opening the packing till the end
- Video should not have any pause in between or any kind of transitions happening
- Video should be in normal speed, fast-forwards, time lapse are not valid to claim replacement
- Lastly as mentioned on the package, the item is fragile-handle carefully while unboxing i.e, holiding the package vertically while unboxing, thumping it down, taking support on the package while unboxing will reduce your chances of getting a replacement
Based on the above and some inexplicable factors It is completely and solely our team decision finally to decide whether the video passed our quality check

Our Return policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled,(reason being, we start the designing/production process within minutes of placing order and we are not responsible of cancellation or refund once order is confirmed/placed)
neonhut.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
