What is the warranty period and what does it include?

Our neon signs comes with 1 year manufacturing warranty that covers only the neon sign when used appropriately and not the accessories that comes with the sign and we provide lifetime support from outside. Please be aware that Indoor Signs are not suitable for use outdoors or anywhere they might get wet. Inappropriate use will void the warranty. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between NeonHut and the purchaser.

NeonHut bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, Custom Neon takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 14 month warranty (indoor signs only).


All these below circumstances have around 2 to 5 percent chances of happening, so you have nothing to worry about as we use high quality wiring, Neon and adapters

• If there is any wiring issue with the sign/It wont lit up after the delivery it will be on us for first 24 hours (although we suggest you to check with local electrician first because wiring issues normally are easy to fix and saves your time as well ,it will be hectic and time consuming to ship it back to our warehouse and get it delivered to your address again, so we suggest you to check with any local electrician -failure to do so for some small wiring issues will result in customer sharing half of shipping charges)
• If it is not doable by local electrician even after guiding by our technician on video call we are always here to help you)
• If there is any shortage issue due to voltage fluctuations on the sign or the adapter we will repair it free of costs any shipping charges incurred will be on customer as voltage fluctuations in individual homes are not our responsibility
• If the light color fades overtime(2 to 3 years) it won't be on us because it happens mainly due to heavy usage 12 to 16 hours a day or the power supply source is of high voltage which in turn affects the life of lights and eventually fades

• We suggest you to turn of the lights when its raining heavily(thats when the voltage fluctuations happen most)
• Use normal power supply source(Power supply sources of high voltage like AC, Heater will result in shortage of the light)
• 4 to 8 hours a day is a good usage of neon signs
• If the adapter gets heated up its because you have used it more than 6 to 8 hours a day, turn it off for 10 to 15 mins and you are good to use it again

Having said all this, we shipped around 4000+ orders and there is 5 percent chances of these happening, we have got it all covered so that you have to nothing to worry about, still these issues are inevitable sometimes, your cooperation is highly useful to us in the above situations to come with up a solution and make your neon lit again!
